In working with women who wish to lose weight and control their sugar addiction, the main focus is on weight loss. When You Conquer The Sugar.......You Will Conquer The Pounds

I want people to know that with a few critical changes and a little consistency, they can reap huge rewards. Take advantage of my 15 years of experimenting in my kitchen to eat well and not gain weight. Family friendly recipes that are fun, easy and affordable to make.

Love people and use things...not love things and use people.

How to get started

I have struggled with my "sugar devil" my whole life. I have struggled with my weight ever since quitting smoking at the age of 38. I even began working as a weight loss leader to make sure I would keep it off. It was only after I left that company (10 years) that the "light bulb" went off. When it did, everything became very clear to me. I realized that sugar was at the root of my problem. And I developed (and tested with 2 different groups) my own plan that has been very successful for me in controlling my sugar addiction since then. I knew I had to share it with the world to help others like me.

And thus, my internet experience began. Weight Loss is hard. Learning all this computer stuff is harder. Now, if only I could find the "easy" button! And learn how to communicate and share my knowledge so others can conquer their sugar addictions too.
