Guy is an expert brand marketer, researcher, innovator and coach. He has been a marketing director and business planning manager for ten years and a marketing consultant for fifteen years. He is Managing Director/Consultant at The Marketing Directors, a Course Director at The Chartered Institute of Marketing and co-author of highly acclaimed book, The Marketing Director’s Handbook. After graduating with a degree in Chemistry, he started-out in brand management at Boots and then Procter & Gamble, managed business planning at Reader’s Digest before becoming Group Marketing Director, responsible for operations in 13 countries at Softvision. He has huge consulting experience gained with PricewaterhouseCoopers, strategic marketing consultancies New Solutions and KAE, before founding The Marketing Directors in 2005. He has led a wide range of research, innovation, brand, marketing and strategy projects in the UK and beyond, and helped many world leading brands in both B2C and B2B space including the BBC, Cadbury and McDonald’s. |
