Heather Fraser, born December 30, 1962 in Toronto, moved to Africa at the age of 9. It was here that Heather began to understand the connection to all living things and come to know the grace and wisdom of the esoteric world. Her healing journey of transformation has taken her through loss, abandonment, culture shock, codependency, dissolved marriage, 29 moves, depression, poverty and personal bankruptcy. These life experiences have given her all the material needed to write and teach what she has learned about the evolution of the soul - the true purpose of our existence.
She is a gifted published writer, mystic, poet, speaker, healer, former nutritional consultant, and owner of SacredScribe.com, a website of ancient wisdom expressed to offer encouragement and support to the many who are calling out in fear to understand what is happening to themselves and their lives during this time of great awakening that is taking place in our destined evolution towards oneness. She lives in Ontario, CANADA and is the proud mother of a daughter she names Sage.

This topic evokes such a powerful energy within my Being. It's the essence of an energy I know my Soul has come here, once again, to attempt to attain. I accept that I have not attained it yet, and that it takes countless lifetimes of earth experience for the Soul to evolve. It sure feels like it's this lifetime though, that Mystical Ecstasy is something I'll be honored to fully experience, just by the sheer power of the magnetic pull I feel towards it. In the meantime, I'll enjoy the ride, savor the beauty, and follow my heart as best I can. What is Mystical Ecstasy?

One of the biggest daily challenges parents face is getting their kids to eat when, where, what and how Mom and Dad want them to eat. Of course, herein lies the problem! Kids are not grown ups. They are free flowing balls of joy, and play, and laughter, and fun. They have little bodies. They have incredibly clear and accurate intuition. They know when and what to eat and how much, if we would only let them listen to their wisdom. If children do not want to eat, it’s usually because they are not hungry, not feeling well, are too tired, or are trying to control you.

Cherish your kids. Love them. Show it. Make sure they feel it. Prove it over and over again. Make them feel like the only kid on earth. Build them up. Shower them with joy. Play with them. Set firm boundaries. Laugh with them. Keep your word. Honor them. Respect them. Not just as little ones. Keep it up through all the stages, especially the teen years.

Forgiveness is the only path that leads us out of hell. Forgiveness is letting go. It is surrendering. It is giving up the need to be right. It is finally admitting to yourself that you are open and willing to live your life another way. That way is through the door of forgiveness. If you are experiencing pain, anguish, fear, turmoil, confusion, doubt, shame, terror, hate or anything similar, there is some aspect of yourself or another that you are not loving and accepting. Forgiveness is the balm to heal all wounds.

What I Ache For I wrote this powerful prayer many, many years ago when I felt trapped in a life that was not my own. Today, I am happy to say, just about all of this prayer has come true, and I am blessed with my authentic, beautiful life! Be careful what you ache for... I ache to be wanted instead of needed, I ache for my eyes to be met and held for more than a split second, I ache for a strong, silent hug that doesn't let go in such a hurry, I ache to be seen through the eyes of one's soul instead of one's head,r

Whether you are husband and wife, spiritual partners, lovers, soul mates, it doesn’t matter what you call the union, what matters is - do you cherish and adore this person? Is this person what YOU want? Do you have chemistry? Do you feel uplifted when you see them? Do you feel like YOURSELF around them? If you answered no to any of these questions, I’d invite you to take an inventory of what it is you are receiving from this relationship.
