Founded in 1991 Indian Board of Alte ative Medicines is an distance learning school that offers programs in alte ative medicine education including holistic nutrition, traditional naturopathy, natural health, oriental and chinese medicine, acupuncture, acupressure, reflexology, bach flower remedies and wellness. The school is a member of about 70 different organizations and affiliations tied to their mission. These include holistic and natural health agencies, naturopathic boards, herbalists groups, practitioner associations and more.

Admissions

Applicants must have graduated from high school or satisfactory completion of the GED. Home-schooled students will be evaluated through their portfolios. Bachelor’s level applicants may be eligible for life and work credit.

Previously earned college credits may be transferable to the school after evaluation. Graduate program applicants are required to submit transcripts validating completion of prerequisite degrees.
