Jahnavi Foster

For the past twenty-four years, Jahnavi Foster has been a serious student and practitioner of Eastern Vedic Philosophy. For twelve years she lived in an ashram where she dedicated herself to the process of receiving timeless wisdom. Through the practice of meditation and prayer, Jahnavi learned to re-awaken to her true, inner self and to her relationship with God. Her advanced training in traditional yoga led to certifications in the Hatha, Jnana, and Bhakti Yoga practices. Jahnavi is also a certified empowerment coach and a licensed massage therapist-–educated in the field of alte ative medicine and integrative wellness. Over the years, she has taught vegetarian cooking and nutrition classes to inspire individuals to live a healthier and more conscious lifestyle. In 2008, Jahnavi published her first book entitled, Divine Love: The Spirit behind the Law of Attraction. Divine Love is a book of spiritual wisdom intended to reignite our divine, inner consciousness and help us reconnect to our relationship with God. Divine Love shares a unique perspective of the Law of Attraction to bring awareness to the loving spirit (of God), which allows our desires to be fulfilled. By recognizing the loving nature of God and our intrinsic connection to all, we can shift our desires in a way that creates a greater reality, not only for ourselves, but also for humanity at large. Through her writings, Jahnavi hopes to uplift humanity and assist with the process of reawakening that is now taking place in the world. From her home in the Catskill Mountain Park, Jahnavi runs Quiet Mountain Sanctuary, a private mountain retreat aimed to inspire individuals to live a more balanced, fulfilled, and meaningful life.
