Stop Being Too Much to Too Many
Oh how we love to please! When I was new to my coaching business (2001) I was so excited to be using my skills to help people in their lives that when someone asked me “what do you do?” I found myself giving them a whole list of services I could provide. What a mistake I was making! I would overwhelm and confuse them with my answer.

Quieting your Inner Critic: How to Replace that Chatter Positive Self-Talk
I recently surveyed over 2,000 thousand of my clients and over 50% of them admitted to being challenged with negative self talk. You might have a great idea, but defeat yourself before beginning. Do you feel like you are always talking yourself out of success? One of my favorite quotes is by Henry Ford, “whether you think you can or think you cannot, either way you are right”. Our mind is a powerful barometer to our own success, and if we let it get the best of us, it will talk us out of anything that is a stretch, or uncomfortable, stifling growth and detouring success.
