Jeff Compton is a successful business leader, speaker, and author rnof several books. He is the CEO and Creative Director of Third Dimension Group Inc., a consulting and training firm. Jeff is also traveling rnfaculty for Park University & Rockhurst University teaching courses in Psychology and Business, and a certified master coach for Certified Coaches Federation, responsible for training and certification of Life & Executive Coaches. He developed THE REAL DEAL® Strategies in LEADERSHIP: Communication, Psychology & Motivation. Since 1990, Jeff has rntraveled the country speaking to thousands on a vast array of subjects rnincluding: communication, supervising people, marketing, motivation, corporate image, goal setting, design and publishing.
