Since 1995 Jen has followed a path of Personal Transformation, studying many modalities including Mind Power, Reiki, Touch for Health – Kinesiology, NLP, Native American Indian Spirituality, Inner Wealth, Transcendental Meditation®, Metaphysics and Quantum physics. More recently she has become a trained facilitator in the Demartini Method® and studied Certificate IV in Life Coaching and Business.
