Jennifer Lothrigel

Jennifer Lothrigel specializes in spiritual and somatic approaches to wholeness. Her unique approach combines her natural intuitive gifts with body conscious coaching, body connection, healing movement, nutrition, expressive arts, sacred ceremony, soul retrieval, herbs and essential oils and guided imagery. Her intuitive way of working with the body is a gentle process that allows you to become more present and grounded in your own knowing, developing a foundation for practicing unconditional love for all of who you are.

She has studied a wide array of healing modalities with many gifted teachers. She received her Holistic Life Coach certification from The Spencer Institute and her Holistic Health Practitioner certification from CNI College and The Natural Healing Institute. She is certified as an Expressive Arts Practitioner through the Expressive Arts Institute. She also completed a year long apprenticeship in Shamanic studies including Soul Retrieval and Divination. She is certified as a Master Herbalist & Clinical Nutritionist through the Natural Healing Institute. In addition, she is certified as an Aromatherapist through the Pacific Institute of Aromatherapy, a Massage Therapist through CNI College and is also certified as a Reiki Master. She considers herself a student of Spirit in all of it's radiant forms and continues her studies by attending workshops and trainings of current interest to expand her abilities and her own personal growth. Jennifer is a member of the International Expressive Arts Therapy Association and the ABMP.

She is also an artist, a writer and a mother. She lives and practices in Orange County, CA.
