Diagnosed 20 plus years ago with chronic fatigue syndrome I took natural health courses in in Reiki, Esoteric Healing, and Reflexology to stop feeling tired all the time. I discovered the importance of nutrition while taking my Nursing Diploma, and afterwards became a Registered Holestic Nutritionist and Yoga Teacher. I also learned learned the value of daily meditation, the law of attraction, and reading spiritual material. Wrote two books, Waking Up the Dead: Healing Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and now set up a free video health course using my second book Better Than A Double Espresso: 12 Things You Can Do To Relieve Stress & Gain Energy to help others overcome their health challenges. These 12 ingrediendents that I teach are natural health habits that I practice daily and I find if I don't do one of them then my energy lessens and my health suffers because of it.
