I'm a mother of 4 daughters, 3 of whom are triplets. I love being a mom and all that comes with it and I love to share my knowledge and experience with others. One of my daughters has Asperger's Disorder and another was recently found to have a form of ADHD; Inattentive Type. Irncan sympathize and empathize with any of you out there. It's a tough row to hoe.

There was a time when "doula-ing" was done within the family. Our families have expanded naturally as we have moved away from our biological families. I always feel honored with each and every family who welcomes me into their family even if it is just for a brief period of time.

I offer Small Group and Private Childbirthr Instruction, Labor and Birth Doula Services, Postpartum Care, andr Infant Massage Instruction. On Friday evenings (starting this June 2009), I will be moderating a New Moms' circle. This is a chance to "hook up" with other new moms and leave the kiddos at home (nursing babes are always welcome).

I have been a certified doula since 2003 and have extensive hospital and birth center experience. I have encountered every situation from natural midwife births to OR Cesarean births.

I am CPR and AED Trained and Certified for Infants through Adults and a Certified First Aider.

Irnam an Associate Member of PALM; Pennsylvania Association of Licensedr Midwives and I serve on the Steering Committee at the Bryn Mawr Birthr Center.
I look forward to helping you and your family on this great journey! I work in Berks, Montgomery, Lehigh, Chester and Philadelphiar Counties.

I organize and run a doula collective that serves SE Pennsylvania and parts of NJ.

Let me say straight out of the gate: Doulas do not replace spouses. For most couples, this is the first time they are in a hospital or a birthing center. It is not something they face everyday: the machines, the sounds, the emotions. A doula is more accustomed to labor and birth sessions. Even ...

You just found out you're pregnant, you're happy, you're looking forward to discarding your diet and start "eating for two" and then "it" happens: morning sickness. What is morning sickness? And if I have it all day long or just at night, is it the same thing? Morning sickness is a natural ...
