As I fumbled through some old files this evening, cleaning up my home office, I ran across a jou al of quotes I’d started in 1994. (Ok, yes, I had quite a stack of books and papers I was going through.) I opened the jou al, and right there on the first page was a quote that caught my eye and I ...

"Seeing things as you are meant to see them, without blur or distortion"
- this is your Naked Truth.

"Acceptance of the truth begins in the conscious mind as recognition or awareness. It is conveyed to the subconscious mind through realization or feeling." - Robert A. Russell

There is a process we must all go through in order to become more present-centered. Our goal is to live according to our Naked Truth - our authentic self; however, in order to get there, we must work through a series of steps so we can "clear the decks" of our mind and body in order to have more personal awareness. This personal awareness only serves to enhance our intimacy with Seld thereby creating success in our personal and professional relationships.

How to get started

Do you want to feel happy and satisfied more of the time?

Do you love your life, but have emotional setbacks?

Do you feel pressure of low productivity or disorganization?

Do you sometimes feel like you're spinning in circles?

Have you seen a counselor in the past, only to find you ultimately went back to doing and feeling the same?

If you're like most people who have suffered from an intense negative emotion like depression, anxiety, fear, anger, or chronic dissatisfacation, you've taken many steps to get relief;
however, you haven't figured out how to consistently feel healthy, fit, and productive. Everything in your life seems to run fairly smoothly, except for how you feel on the inside. You're very good at keeping your negative emotions locked close inside. If you don't start feeling consistently grounded, you may see yet another therapist where you may or may not get the results you need, once and for all.

Now, before we go any further, let's agree that there's nothing wrong with you! I'll guess you were probably taught many techniques for your emotional setbacks and you have gathered information galore. See, as spiritually evolved individuals, we tend to think of emotional wellbeing as "something to finally get" instead of "something we consistently feel." This almost always leads us to poor results. No matter what we do or try, it doesn't work the way it we think it should.

There is a solution...You can feel consistently healthy, happy, and balanced in your work and home life, without spending gobs of money and unnecessary time on the therapist's couch! (We should know; we're Psychotherapist's who have walked in your emotional shoes, and aren't ashamed to tell you about it.) Becoming emotionally balanced doesn't have to be difficult, if you approach it the right way. It takes knowing the exact steps that work for your personality, rather than spinning your wheels and ending back up in the same rut you started in.
