Jennifer Wyckoff

Jennifer Wyckoff is a nutrition professional with a bachelors of science in foods and nutrition from the College of Saint Elizabeth. She has experience doing nutrition counseling for major pharmaceutical companies, nutrition education workshops for New Jersey school districts, and clinical nutrition education for major diabetes education websites. She also has a fitness background training clientele at several sports and exercise facilities. In addition, she has received a ServSafe food safety and protection certification from the National Restaurant Association. Food and nutrition topics she enjoys most are genetically modified foods, controversial ingredients, food safety, public health, and medical nutrition therapy.
