Jerome Bethea

Jerome Bethea is the owner and operator of JB Fitness. JB Fitness is a community with online and offline solutions for health, fitness, and weight loss in an unconventional, unique, and in true, "Rebel Trainer" style.

JB Fitness also offers the "Flat Belly Bikini Body Bootcamp" and "Unbreakable Warrior Bootcamp" which are currently located in Dallas, TX and take place outdoors in a local park.

The reaso "Bikini Bodies" are a niche and expert area of JB is because he trained 2007 Miss America Winner, Lauren Nelson and Lauren won 1st place in the Swim Suit category for the entire state in addition to winning Miss Oklahoma. In addition to that, Lauren went on to win the Swim Suit category against the entire nation in the Miss America competition and then went on to win the Miss America title.

The ways that we go about getting out of the boring gym and into a Bootcamp that is effective, fun, and different every single time for people who don't live in Dallas, TX is we post our workouts on our Youtube channel that you can follow at home.

We also have a "Grocery Store Invasion" where we guide you through the grocery and show you what to buy and what to stay away from and why. This really takes the guess-work and confusion out of going shopping. For those who are not local we have an online version as well.

JB doesn't leave pregnant women out either. Currently there is a DVD in production that is going to give a challenging and fun workout to pregnant women instead of the same old boring Yoga and Pilates workouts and strolls around the park.

JB, Jerome Bethea, lives and works in Dallas, TX with his wife and partner Summer Bethea. His first-bo son was born on February 26, 2010.
