Jessey Anthony (born January 5, 1985) is a freelance writer, entrepreneur, fashion and lifestyle blogger with over 6 years experience in writing. My passion for writing started two years after my tragic motorcycle accident which left me a paraplegic. Being a disabled has changed my life so much to make me believe my accident was a blessing in disguise.

The tragedy in my life lead to the birth of "The Broken Calabash" my first movie script. After writing a couple movie scripts and short children story books, I realized I had the opportunity to turn my passion for writing into a recurring income. Since tha I've developed a spark for reading and story telling. What drives is seeing someone thrive from reading my books or articles. From working with different companies and writing for different magazines it has definitely been an adventure. With no experience in jou alism or creative writing I have certainly come far.

After a SUCCESSFUL career as a Blogger, investing is real estates and stocks, I soon realized I was missing out on the MOST IMPORTANT INVESTMENT… my HEALTH. This hit home when I gained 145lbs in 2013. Luckily, I wasn't depressed but I dn't feel comfortable under my own skin. Gradually, I started to shy away from taking photos and hanging out at public places.It was at that point that I made a vow to cut off carbs and sugar at all cost and hence the creation of my blog Fitnessvalley.
