I work internationally as a Life Fulfilment Coach and Passion Test Facilitator, empowering people to discover and clarify their passions and move past old limitations and create success in any area of their life. The Passion Test is a great tool and helps you really see, maybe for he first time what you love to do or have or be in your life. I also the traditional coaching tools of conversation, exploration and creating accountability and add in powerful processes of Neuro Linguistic Programming that enables change to take place both internally and exte ally. By learning the ability to be a positive influence in your own life, changing the way you communicate both with yourself and others, you will go on to produce the big changes you wish for in your life.

There is a strong spiritual aspect to the way I work, I truly believe that we are all connected and that there is far more than meets the eye when it comes to who we are as energetic beings. Bringing that aspect to my work means that I address the deeper issues that some people hold and move my clients towards a place of wholeness, which is where fulfilment lies.

I have also published my first book Remembering Perfection - Everyday Inspiration for Living Your Spirituality.

Remembering Perfection is written to inspire and support you to live your spirituality. Written with great honesty and humour it is designed to encourage you when you feel like giving up, when you intellectually know the ideas but cannot seem to make them work in your life. This book comes with the voice of experience, a feeling that the principles contained within are not just theory, but have been put into practice and seen to succeed. Full of practical tips, this book brings the ideas to life and shows you how each and every day you can joyously take the steps towards living a life with love, veracity and truth.

"A handbook for wholeness, a spiritual "How To" guide for Living in Grace. Jessica brings refreshing ease to re-connecting with our true nature. Each chapter gives simple tips for clearing away our illusions and confusion while deepening the awareness and appreciation of who we really are & how perfect that really is. Beautifully shared!"
- Deborah Battersby, world class personal development expert and Master Trainer for Anthony Robbins and founder of 7th Sense Coaching and Consultancy

"This is such a great and inspiring book, which gently and lovingly nudges you to find your own spiritual path or to get back onto it, should you have strayed from it. The book inspires you to explore the ‘hows’ of living spiritually, to take responsibility for your life, to practice gratitude and forgiveness, to get real and to realize that we are all one. And very importantly: to enjoy the view along the way. It is an absolutely empowering and insightful book. I totally enjoyed reading it”.
- Else Byskov, author of “Death Is an Illusion”.

About the author
I spent four years working and living in an ashram, an Indian spiritual retreat. I emerged ready to begin a completely new life having studied and lived spiritual principles such as being real, living in the present moment and having patience. But putting the principles I had learnt in the confines of the ashram into the reality of everyday life were a major challenge.

I was trying to work out how to live these principles within my everyday life at the same time as everything seemingly was going haywire. I had too much stress all at once: I had come out of the ashram, moved to a new country and had a new partner. . To help myself I literally wrote myself out of a hole. The culmination of that writing is Remembering Perfection and shows how by using these tools each individual has the power to turn things around, no matter what is happening on the outside.

Passion is such a buzzword right now, so many times I have people come and say to me, if I only knew what my passion was I could change my life and be happy. It is like they are some big secret, something that is hidden from them that if they could only see everything would be great. Having specifically worked with passions for a while now I have to reveal a secret – your passions are not something that are hidden away from you, something to be discovered that you haven’t previously allowed yourself to see.

It can be a challenging time when our world as we know it shifts beneath out feet. One of my favourite quotes is: Don't worry about having the carpet pulled from under your feet; learn to dance on a shifting carpet. That's the key right now, and it all depends on where your focus is and what ...

Favorite Quotes & Thoughts from Jessica McGregor Johnson

If you enjoy what you do, you'll never work another day in your life.

Confucious

"Life is NOT a journey to the grave with the goal of arriving safely in a prettily preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways in a shower of gravel and party shards, thoroughly used, utterly exhausted, and loudly proclaiming: "F**k ME, that was BRILLIANT!"

Anon

Our greatest fear is not that we are inadequate, but that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, handsome, talented and fabulous?
Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of the earth.Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. And, as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our fear, our presence automatically liberates others.

Marianne Williamson

"Until one is committed there is hesitancy,
The chance to draw back, always ineffectiveness
Conce ing all acts of initiative (and creation)
There is one elementary truth, the ignorance of which
Kills countless ideas and splendid plans:
The moment one definitely commits oneself,
Then providence moves too.
All sorts of things occur to help one that would otherwise
Not have occurred. A whole stream of events issues from the decision,
Raising in ones' favour all manner of unforeseen incidents and meetings and material assistance,
Which no man could have dreamed would have come his way."
W.N. Murray, The Scottish Himalayan Expedition

Whether you think you can or think you cannot -

You're right.

Henry T Ford

You must be the change you wish to see in the world

Ghandi

If we do not change direction, we are liable to end up where we are headed.

Confucius

People's minds are like parachutes - they only function when open.

Leanne Hastie

If you keep on doing what you've always done, you'll keep on getting what you've always got.

W L Bateman

Argue for your limitations and sure enough they're yours.
