Jill Insley was born and raised in New York City. She earned a bachelors degree in psychology from Queens College of the City University of New York and a doctorate in clinical psychology from the University of Rochester. After completing her training, she moved to Minnesota to direct an innovative rural mental health program that flourished under her leadership for thirty years.
Jill has spent most of her career helping people follow through on their good intentions. In the early 1980's, she discovered a lots of couples break up beacuse they really do not know how to solve the emotion problem.so she want to creat a free blog to help the people who have the problem.. she left the emotioncare industry to devote her fulltime attention to supporting the people worldwide.
