Introduction

Jill M. Prince, the Prince of Wellness, is the owner of Metanoia Wellness Corporation and the the author and founder of www.strictly-stress-management.com and the "Solving the Wellness Challenge" Life Coaching Program. Jill teaches the problem solving skills needed to help people kick out stress and take back control of their health and their life.

Emotional Stress

Everyday, emotional stress is destroying people's lives, all around the world. Jill's proprietary problem solving model teaches people how to use powerful business and project management skills to solve difficult personal problems. Jill's primary aim in life is to be a resource for education and empowerment and she works hard to help people understand how stress is destroying their lives and what to do about it.

Oxidative Stress

Jill doesn't limit herself to the study of emotional stress though, she has also done extensive research into the subject of oxidative stress and has recently achieved certification as a Team Leader in Dr. Ray Strand's Healthy for Life Program, through which she teaches people how oxidative stress is making them sick and keeping them sick with serious chronic degenerative diseases like asthma and diabetes. Jill aims to help put a dent in the staggering rates of obesity and chronic disease in North America - 75% of people in the US suffer from one chronic disease and 50% suffer from two or more chronic diseases.

Education and Experience

Jill is a graduate of E-Myth Worldwide's Mastery Impact Business Program and she is working on completing her Master's Degree in Business Administration through the University of Athabasca. Jill has worked in the health and wellness industry for 17 years and her combination of training and experience in health and wellness and business give her the unique advantage of helping people to understand the business of getting well. Stop spiking your blood sugar! You have been on a blood sugar roller coaster for far too long. You eat a high sugar meal, which spikes your blood sugar and for a short time, you become hyper-glycemic (high blood sugar).
