My objective is to create the possibility of effectively treating the body systems of those who seek help with releasing muscle tension, restoring energy flow and vitality, reducing anxiety and stress, and maximizing well-being. By giving feedback and providing healthful information specific to the individual's needs which promotes a balanced system.

I consider the relationship between myself and my client a team effort. It's a feedback-loop of sorts whereby information is continually exchanged ( between client & therapist) that helps and enhances the therapeutic benefit of the bodywork treatment. Which in turn reduces or eliminates the issue being dealt with.
