Hi - this is John Monterro. I'm a big health and fitness buff. I started off competing at both college and club level in various sports and athletics. Thereafter after getting many requests, I also started getting involved in personal training individual clients and groups.


I'm always looking to help others become better informed and make the right choices when it comes to their health. I find that it keeps me motivated and I like the feeling of watching individuals improve their health and make BIG changes in their lives.


Most recently I have started getting involved in the research of healthy alte ative smoking products and quitting smoking in general. I find that as someone who has managed to successfully stay away from cigarettes for many years now, I can bring a unique insight into what works and what falls short.
