Women Hair Loss & Shampoo
One of the biggest conce s I have heard from my women fitness clients including my wife, is the excessive hair loss when they shampoo. So much hair would remain in the shower that the water would not drain properly. Of course their conce was not the drain but actual hair loss. It is normal to lose hair but when you start to notice bare spots on your scalp that is when a person becomes conce ed. Since I believe that solid nutrition is the best advice regarding every health issue, it stands to reason an improved diet would also help with hair loss.
