How to get started

Good mental health starts with love, both giving and recieving.

No matter what your start in life or your past, you can be successful.

The past doesn't need to control the future. By giving of yourself for others, one can find purpose and happiness.

Living for ourselves doesn't bring the greatest happiness, but living unselfishly does.

The best prescription is love. Pharmaceuticals are often counterproductive in the long-term when trying to treat symptoms of mental health. Lifestyle changes are the most important thing.
