I first discovered Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) way back in 1986 when I was a Management Development and Training Manager within the manufacturing division of United Biscuits.
At that time NLP was relatively new and there were relatively few people familiar with it here in the UK. At that time United Biscuits was at the leading edge of people development and we invited Robert Dilts to provide us with an in-house NLP workshop.
As a result of that initial introduction my enthusiasm for NLP grew and I subsequently undertook additional training including a certificate course, a master practitioner course and a number of specialist workshops and seminars.
