Myrnname is Jonathan, and I have served as a Staff Support Officer with a major UK Employer over the past 16 years. During this time Irnhave offered Advice, Counsel, Information, Comfort, andr Resources to people from all walks of life. I have felt privileged that they have trusted me, and allowed me to share their most personal thoughts and feelings

My extensive training and experience of working with people and their problems enables me to offer Information, Advice, Insight, Support, and Resources covering a vast range of subjects affecting the human experience.

Please note however that I am not qualified to give medical advice.

My particular focus is in promoting confidence and self belief, and defeating debilitating conditions conditions such as anxiety, stress, depression and fears and phobias which steal the quality of our lives.

I welcome contact from the community and will endeavour to use my knowledge and experince to help anyone I can.

Panic and Anxiety Disorder are the most debilitating of conditions, and when they persist for long periods they inhibit the sufferer and steal the quality of our lives. Panic occurs when adrenaline is released into the bloodstream to prepare the body for fight or flight. A Panic Attack can be very frightening, but it may help to remember that it no more than a sequence of bodily reactions to a perceived threat. Panic occurs when adrenaline is released into the blood stream and our bodies prepare for fight or flight. The symptoms are often disproportionate to the event. They can be very severe leading the sufferer to feel totally out of control. So what can we do stop a panic attack when an attack seems close? a) Acknowledge, believe, and know that you have the power to stop this. Say the word STOP and repeat whilst checking and slowing your breathing.
