In 1999 I got involved in weight training and a weight loss program called the Body for LIFE. I joined up as I was weighing 245 with a bodyfat of 25%. In the 12 weeks I lost 35 lbs of bodyfat and went from 25% bodyfat to 9% bodyfat. Body for Life Pictures Since this I have been deeply involved in my continued weight training and have continued to follow the principles of the program.
We opened our own Smoothie Franchise in 2007.
