Joe Scott lives with his family in Omaha, NE. His motto is “Move Forward, Forgive Forward, Be Forward, Pay it Forward.”. Moving forward has allowed him to be a successful father, business-owner, and author. Though a private person, Joe is clearly gregarious when it comes to his beloved clients. He believes in hope, perseverance, and resilience, which has given him success in his personal and professional life.

alism from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a major in Broadcast Jou
alism and Advertising and a minor in Communications, Sociology, English, and History. His obvious love for education and insatiable desire to learn lead him to obtain a Masters of Arts at New Mexico State University with a major in Organizational Communication and a minor in Marketing. Joe has spent the past 25 years creating successful CRM, marketing, and sales management implementation tactics for those firms he served.
In 2003, Joe launched Profile One, Inc. and began his quick penetration of the call center market. Within five years, he increased operational size by over 600% and his operations created over $600 million dollars in revenue for his clients through acquisitions, loyalty programs and CRM campaigns. With Profile One, Joe wore many hats: legal, sales, marketing, and financial (forecasting, budgeting) operations and development (acquisitions, client services). During his tenure with Profile One, he demonstrated proficiency with call centers; his operational call center size more than doubled within two years.
Joe currently serves as an advisory board member for several firms and currently serves as the Executive Vice President for xtDirect, LLC. Joe serves clients by providing a marketing, customer service and sale resources for short term or extended strategic business development with exceptional outsource firms and professionals who are leaders in customer service, direct marketing, motivational sales, call center management, public speaking and long term business project development. xtDirect specializes in the banking, retail, publishing, cable/satellite, insurance, political, and healthcare/pharmaceutical industries.
Joe also volunteers his time as a gesture of gratitude to the industries that have served him well for many years. He has previously done work for United Way and the Muscular Dystrophy Executive Committee; He has been a featured guest speaker for several radio and live, in person, interviews for motivational and inspirational discussions. In addition to a successful entrepreneur, Joe is also a published author. His book, “Love Notes from God” and he has a number of other titles in the works and looks forward to sharing each one of his personal reflections.
