What is your "Spiritual Blueprint?"
Joseph Stuczynski is the author and founder of "Living and Loving Well" [LLW], a self discovery course that creates positive life long change by establishing the building blocks to one's 'Spiritual Blueprint.'
Joseph originated the LLW method in 2001 as a means to improve the quality of relationships in all areas of his own life. While therapy and self-help books were beneficial, there was still a mystery as to how to prevent old patterns from repeating, so Joseph embarked on a personal quest to solve the problem, which is how LLW was established.
LLW, a terrific precursor to therapy or coaching, is an essential first step to self awareness because it helps you make confident decisions, attract healthier relationships, increase inner happiness, and allows you to live life according to your own principles. LLW is not life coaching. It's a specific series of awareness building exercises that are accomplished in only 4 weeks, either on your own using the LLW Field Guide or with the help of a private LLW instructor. The only requirement is a solid willingness to change.
Joseph is a PMI certified Project Manager with 15 years experience of PMO Management, Strategic Planning, Business Process Re-engineering, Vendor/Offshore Management and Project/Program Management. From a spiritual perspective, Joseph is also a medium, channel and ordained minister.

Busting Romance Myths
This article is about learning how to date successfully, not about the clothes you wear, your attitude, acting your age, hairstyles or any other physical or social trait. It’s about YOU, and learning how to define a healthy relationship based on your desires and needs. It’s about attracting people and situations that are fulfilling to your spirit, and recognizing that you have unlimited options.

We're Taught Average Skills for Love
We’ve all been in situations when we make a bad decision or do something that goes against our better judgment. Getting involved in bad relationships whether it be work, romance or friendship, is not specific to education, class, stature, income level, race, sexual preference or age, we all do it. The question is why do we do it? What is the common thread that allows us to repeat average relationships, or continuously attract unhealthy or unfulfilling people, even though we feel we already ‘learned that lesson’?

What Are Personal Values?
Whether you realize it or not, your life is guided by a set of core values. We all have a subconscious list of principles that steer us down different paths of life; unfortunately most of us aren’t fully aware that they exist. Some may have been developed during difficult periods of our ...

Love Is A Patte
According to many psychologists, our behavioral patterns, including how and whom we love, are developed by the age of six. As children our ability to communicate is minimal but the power to observe and mimic as a survival skill is deeply rooted in the genetic coding of our species. This ...

Favorite Quotes & Thoughts from Joseph Stuczynski
- "We are our live's purpose."
- "We hear that love is blind. Don’t believe it. If love is blind, then we are condemned to live like a piece of driftwood that has no choice about where it goes or about what happens to it. If I say to myself instead, ‘I LOVE WITH CLEAR & FOCUSED INSIGHT’, then it becomes possible for me to attract people and situations based on my Core Values, a love that I guide and that in turn fulfills my heart and spirit."
- "The human spirit finds itself caged within a system of established beliefs and can only begin its flight toward freedom through individual expression."

A little more about LLW:
There are two main principles that guide LLW. The first is that asrn children we're never taught how to define ourselves, how we love, what we enjoy etc, so we end up mimicking many of the patterns we observed in our care givers. This is why people often say, "I married my mother" or "he's just like his father." The second principle is that our valuesrn (or ethics etc) guide all of our actions and decisions. So if we're not taught how to define for example our values and relationship model, wern attract people and situations that are more aligned with our parents and not ourselves. The LLW course defines love (among other things) on your own terms, which immediately changes what/who you attract inrn life.
