Born in Washington State, Croskey was raised in the rough parts of Tacoma by his mother Zelda Croskey with two out of his eight siblings. Josh Croskey didn’t let his early years of hardship; lack of education and poverty stop him from achieving his dreams. After years in business, he now works as a life coach and motivational speaker.

As a dedicated husband and father, together with his wife Cecily they are parents to seven children ranging in ages from a toddler to teens. With a wide network of fans and clientele from life coaching, business coaching, entrepreneurship and philanthropy; Croskey remains true to making personal connections through faith, uplifting words and action in his everyday life. Josh Croskey is widely known for his savvy business sense, and genuine passion for his family and helping others succeed.
