I entered the work scene as a commercial photography model (age 3), was an actress on stage & radio (age 7-12), attended the University of Chicago & UCLA, graduated at age 18 & became a writer and avid tennis player. Married in 1956 (for 27 years) to a screen writer and Hollywood executive, we had two sons (one now a bio-physicist, the other a recruiter for law firms) and an amazing dog.
In 1970 I built an international multi-level marketing business, centered around ecological & nutritional products. I'm no longer active in that business., though I still have a few clients for nutritional products and counselling.
Since the 1960s I've been a nutritional consultant & have taught seminars for weight management, stress mastery, meditation, & personal growth. Also spent years studying hatha yoga, Sri Auribindo's Integral Yoga, Raja Yoga, did the est training, and lived in a spiritual community for 7 years.
In 1984 I discovered The Radiance Technique(R) Authentic Reiki(R) (also known as TRT(R)) and with it healed my long-standing migraine headaches, severe back spasms. and healed deep feelings of insecurity and fear. I also found that this Seven Degree Cosmic Science was what I had been looking for to accelerate my Spiritual growth and Awaken in my Universal Heart.
I've been an Authorized Instructor of TRT(R) since 1985, specializing in health & wellness, stress management, rejuvenation, weight management, meditation, personal & Spiritual growth. In 2001 I became a Seventh Degree Initiate of TRT(R).
I am also a Licensed Provider of continuing education for acupuncturists, massage therapists, registered nurses and atto eys.

For the past four years I've written, produced and hosted a cable TV show "The Road to Health, Wealth & Higher Consciousness" which is shown weekly throughout most of the Los Angeles area.
