Following years spent as a mother and successful corporate wife Judith Baxter has been involved in commercial and residential real estate sales, development and management. She established her own properry management company, Baxter Associates in 1984 and the company is still operating today under the guidance of her daughter Cate.
Judith was the first woman to sell Real Estate on the North Shore of Auckland; she was the first female Property Manager when Property Managers were traditionally male Sales Managers; she was the first woman committee member of BOMA New Zealand when all members' representatives were men;she was the only woman on the Steering committee for NZ Council of Shopping Centres.
She has been a mentor to small business owners, has coached women returning to the work force, women coping with change and/or loss and building women's self confidence in business - particularly in sales.
Judith is the creator of Your Life Your Way™ study course which is run over a 12 week period. She conducts workshops and seminars and will share with you her experiences to help you live Your Life Your Way™. She has run courses with individuals and groups.
Her mantra is - "If you get the choice to sit it out or dance - I hope you dance!"
