Welcome! I am a shamanic practitioner who has studied with some of the best core shamanism teachers in the US -- Hank Wesselman, Jill Kuykendall, Michael and Sandra Harner, Sandra Ingerman, Betsy Bergstrom, and Tom Cowan. I studied Usui and Karuna Reiki with Marion Hakata in Sacramento and became a Reiki Master of both types of Reiki, then studied hypnotherapy with Holly Holmes-Meredith at the HCH Institute. I combine any and all approaches to healing that work for me, freely and unabashedly jumping traditions to use whatever modality works for a particular client. I am always looking at new techniques and modalities that my guides bring to my attention -- plant spirit medicine, sound healing, herbs, EFT, bilateral stimulation and more every year.
