Mortgage Loan Origination became more difficult in the year 2010. Mortgage Loan Originators are required to successfully pass National and State tests in order to obtain the NMLS Unique MLO License Endorsement.
The intention is that borrowers receive adequate quotes and loan information. Complicated disclosures offer borrowers new challenges in determining what they are paying for a loan. We are all hopeful that new regulation create progress in real estate loan origination.
