An internationally recognized speaker, and published author, Julie Christiansen brings over 15 years experience in group and individual counseling to your boardroom. Branded as “Oprah for the Office” by her corporate clients, Julie educates and entertains audiences throughout Canada, and the United States, and the Caribbean. While she has been compared to the likes of Brian Tracy and Jack Canfield, Julie has an energetic, humourous, and insightful style that is all her own.

Corporately, Julie has successfully merged her previous career as a counselor with her passion for helping individuals and teams to attain peak performance and productivity through enhanced communication models. Her aim is to help her clients to attain optimized Workplace Efficiency, with a focus on team development, communication, anger and stress management.

As "The Anger Lady", Julie helps her clients to greater success in their personal and professional lives by leveraging them (through the coaching process) to create massive change in their behavioural styles and teaching them to choose their responses to their anger. Julie's unique process for effecting this change is called, Anger Solutions(TM). She and her team of certified trainers teach counselling/helping agencies to use the program so that their certified facilitators can make this groundbreaking treatment available to their client base.

Julie has appeared as an expert guest on national television, CH Television (a division of Global Media), CTS Television's "On the Line", and on radio - CKTB 610 Radio (Niagara), CHRI 99.1 FM Radio (Serving Canada's Capital and surrounding area), WDCX Radio (Serving Southern/Southweste Ontario, Western New York, and Northern Pennsylvania), and on WS Radio.com (Internet based), and on Blog Talk Radio with Cathy Holloway Hill (see her expert page on this site).
