Karen also works with several veterinarians as a consultant.
Karen offers private sessions in healing and communication for animals and humans. She also teaches energy clinics for horse and rider. Her many gifts help to bring self created clarity to areas that so deeply reflect our lives.

I take full responsibility for my life, and what I create in it. Do I have speed bumps that give me a jolt and slow me down, you bet I do? I am human. It comes with the territory.
Through many blessed events, not all of those others might have viewed that way, I have come to see clearly and accept that what I focus on, I create. What we think, directly influences our lives. We all have choice. We can discount it as all that weird new thinking, or we can allow for the possibility of it having validity. We can spin our wheels in beliefs that keep alive more of the same, or we can begin to follow threads that might lead us out of our negative thinking. Blaming our circumstances on anything outside of us, keeps the power to change outside of us as well. When we begin to entertain the possibility that we are the ones who directly influence our lives, we begin the journey to self empowerment.
When I believed everything, but me held power, I was able to create small successes through my tenacity of will. It didn’t last. I would fall back into believing, well that didn’t work, using that belief to dig me deeper into despair. The moment I began to be grateful for everything in my life, even what appeared to be adversity, and when I fully accepted that I create my world, it all changed. I am not saying it was one thought that brought me to where I am, there were many threads I followed. I still face challenge that is part of our experience here on earth. The difference is now. I can see it differently. What I now focus on has balance. I am grateful for all the miracles that are happening around me.
