I have always had a lifelong interest in alte ative therapies and self development, even from a young age I was inquisitive about the meaning of life and all things spiritual. It is more than just a job, it is a way of life for me. I am professionally qualified in anatomy and physiology, holistic massage, reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Aromatherapy, reiki 1 and 2, EFT, and recently a diploma in Hypnotherapy and Psychology. I devour spiritual philosophy and practice Louise Hay's work for myself, along with the law of attraction principles, affirmations, meditation etc etc. My life has been greatly enhanced by these methods and I wish to pass this knowledge on to others, enabling them to heal themselves should this be their path. I believe that the mind, body and spirit are totally linked and that a holistic way of life includes attention to all three, enabling the self to exist as a whole and in perfect balance. I have been practising my therapies for 8 years now and have created this website to help me spread the word about what I do and believe.

My aim, therefore, is to remind you that we are all in control of our own destiny. Positive thinking and a slight shift in perception are sometimes all we need to regain control over our lives. We all have a choice!
