Kate LaFrance

Based just outside of Hartford, CT, right betwee New York and Boston, HELP VirtualTM was founded by former Worcester, MA marketing executive Kate LaFrance who has over 15 years of both online and offline marketing experience as well as administrative, sales, public relations, and graphic design expertise. Known for her personable attitude and get-it-done tenacity, Kate has also owned and operated several businesses including two Virtual Assisting companies and a small ad agency (in the days before home computers!).

Having managed cost-saving campaigns for employers for years, Kate decided she'd had enough and set out on her own in 2005 to share her skills with many smaller business owners instead of just a few large ones.

Formerly doing business asr HELP Virtual Office Support and New England Virtual Assistants, Kate has re-launched her practice under the HELP Virtual Mktg+Admin brand in late 2007 to focus more on her passion for the marketing side of business. Recognizing that there are no clients if their marketing isn't effective, the administrative support that HELP VirtualTM can be relied upon is an outgrowth of the assistance offered to marketing clients. HELP Virtual Mktg+Admin aims to help entrepreneurs with both typical marketing projects such as direct mail and print, but also the latest online marketing strategies. Conce ed with keeping her clients onboard and happy, Kate also believes in setting clear goals and expectations for every project.
