For almost 14 years, my husband and I hosted pre-teens and teens in trouble with the law in our home as temporoary foster children. Before that wonderul madness I was teaching full time at Columbia University's School of Social Work. I was a gratuate of Bryn Wawr's School os Social Work, but not yet a parent, let alone a parent of foster children, I rhought I knew all about what it takes to raise a child. Ha. I had a lot to learn and learn I did. I have published two books and am in the process of editing my hard earned inlectual property for E-publicaition.

. I am also a mental health expert and a lisenced thearpist. For almost fisteen year I directed Mental Healh Crisis Teams for the Visiting Nurse Service of New York. My teams coverd the Bronx.

Both experiences lead me to establish my coaching business, Emotioinal Fitness Traiining.Inc (EFTI) Both the well and the emotionally ill need to strengthen their ablity to manage negative feelings. EFTI offers both self help and email coaching.
