Kathryn has trained thousands of clients in breathing, visualization and meditation techniques working with both individuals and corporate clients alike. Helping others to move past the stress, fear and anxiety Kathryn uses coaching, visualization, EFT and meditation to help her clients prosper in all areas of their life.
