What is "The Challenged Brain"?
Everyone has brain challenges—whether it's seasonal depression, mild attention deficit disorder or more severe challenges like addiction, schizophrenia or autism. If you have a "neuro-typical" brain or have never been diagnosed with any clinical brain challenges, you still know what it's like to experience The Challenged Brain in certain moments of life: During emotional overload, you lose the ability to make clear cognitive decisions and freeze up, unable to say what you mean to get what you want at that time.
How do you cope with this?
I can teach you customized exercises that show you how to recognize what emotion(s) regularly trip(s) you up, plus how to notice such emotional response the moment it occurs. Finally, I give you tools to cope with this regular challenge and literally change your brain's chemistry in the moment, so you can clearly speak your truth with ease.
