My martial arts training began over 40 years ago in the art of Tang Soo Do in Detroit, MI. In 1975 I moved to Phoenix, AZ to locate in a better area economically. I began training in wing chun kung fu in Phoenix after meeting a student of a Tucson area wing chun instructor. I trained and taught until 1980 when I met Grandmaster Leung Ting while living in Los Angeles for a short while. I decided to switch my training over to this Hong Kong master. I attained the rank of 3rd Level Technician in WingTsun in 1987 and 4th Level Technician in 2002. Along the way I also trained in Filipino Escrima under Grandmaster Rene Latosa.
Today I teach WingTsun exclusively at two locations in the Phoenix, AZ area, Scottsdale and Mesa.
