Few people realize that it is not what happens in our life that’s important, but rather how we think about what happens that decides our future. While Webster defines reality as true to life, the fact of the matter is reality is always and conclusively what we think it is. My reality… I’m living an amazing life...received my Master’s Degree from UCLA in Education, mother of 4, wife, writer, entrepreneur, self-actualizer, CEO of a non-profit. I’ve studied the phenomenon of thought and perceptions for more than fifteen years. I've written and published 4 books in the field of educational psychology. I am an expert on how humans learn and the environmental conditions which facilitate in this learning. I’m motivated to help others learn to navigate their perceptions ofrnreality to create exactly the kind of life they’ve always imagined, all based upon scientific research. The adaptation to learn is our greatest human potential. People by far surpass the thinking capacity of all other Earth-inhabiting creatures. Evolution has granted us the powers of discovery and creativity for coping with and manipulating our environment while other species have developed greater speed, abundant fur, camouflage, or an increased sense of smell to help them adapt. Our powers ofrnintellect by far surpass other species even though we are not the only thinkers in the animal kingdom. Even with our potential, we still fail to learn because of preexisting perceptions. Awareness is the initial step which leads to our ability to modify these perceptions inrnorder to reach individual goals. Thinking is a perpetual process which lays the groundwork for life circumstances. Our minds provide us with the capability tornthink about simple as well as complex situations. Humans think in visual images we call thoughts. Although exceptionally capable, minds are no greater than the thoughts they sustain.

You’re unique just like everyone else. There has never been, nor ever be, anyone quite like us. It is you, and the character you create, that determines how your life goes. Not everyone is the same; neither are their thoughts and it is thinking, and how you feel about what you think, that makes all the difference. After a long day, the only things you’re left with are your thoughts. Thoughts are everything because they manifest into feelings. Thoughts visit temporarily, but feelings linger indefinitely. A feeling is what is left over from the presence of a thought.

You’re unique, just like everyone else. There has never been anyone like you and there never will be. After a long day the only thing you bear in mind when you rest your head on your pillow is how you feel. Feelings are everything. They are the body’s response to thoughts in the mind. Daily happenings take a back seat to feelings. Thoughts visit temporarily, but feelings linger indefinitely. You cannot get rid of them even if you try. Feelings instigate your mindset, and navigate your perception of reality from the helm of their powerful ship.

Many of us fail to recognize the dormant hero that lies in each one of us. We are taught to believe that in order to be a hero we must perform some truly noble act or possess supe atural abilities. Only then, we feel, will our lives be validated and some higher duty fulfilled. The greatest heroes in our world from a historical perspective, however, have at first been the greatest thinkers. Their abilities had very little to do with their physical prowess and everything to do with their beliefs in their own capabilities.

Kids learn to react to the world by imitating adults’ behaviors. They see how adults act, interact and react with others in the world. Kids also learn how to feel in this way. They learn which feelings to express and which feelings to suppress. People who choose to feel angry, frightened and pessimistic live life feeling badly, while people who choose to feel happy, confident and optimistic live life feeling good. We are habitual creatures, recreating the emotional circumstances of our home life. The circumstances we have been exposed to we come to identify with inside.

We create our tomorrows by what we think about today. If we focus on our problems of the past, then they will inevitably show up in differing forms in our future. If we focus on our successes, then these too is what we will encounter again. Thought patterns are habitual- awareness of thoughts is the first step to creating a better tomorrow. Focus on the excitement of realizing your potential success instead of lamenting in the sadness of your current problems. If everyone threw their problems into a gigantic pile, most of us would choose our problems over those of others.

"Every memorable act in the history ofrnthe world is a triumph of enthusiasm. Nothing great was ever achieved without it because it gives any challenge or any occupation, no matter how frightening or difficult, a new meaning. How to get started

"Most people never run far enough on their first wind to find out they've got a second. Give your dreams all you've got and you'll be amazed at the energy that comes out of you."
