Be in the Flow…What does that mean? I image myself lying in a river and moving in the natural flow of the current. The river follows the movements of the earth and it does not restrict, or resists its own natural rhythm. It moves and changes releasing, storing and collecting.I image my life the same. How do I move with the flow of life and be mindful of my perceptions either fooling me or gracing me. I have that choice, but sometimes forget. To move to the beat of my divine heart requires me to be in the flow of the self in body, mind and spirit. It is a peaceful motion of pureness that is not the depths of the soul, but the surface of the soul. I do not have to go deep to find my soul. It is here in this moment.
