Ken Wallace

Ken Wallace is a seasoned leadership consultant and executive business coach with extensive experience in multiple industries who provides practical organizational direction and support for business leaders.

He possesses an incisive understanding of the interrelationship between the economic and human dynamics of the marketplace.

Ken has been in the organizational and human resource development field since 1973. A professional member of the National Speakers Association since 1989, he is also a member of the International Federation for Professional Speaking and holds the Certified Seminar Leader (CSL) professional designation awarded by the American Seminar Leaders Association.

Since 1999, Ken has been one of only eight certified Business Systems and Process Consultants for General Motors world-wide.

He is certified by the Mediation Training Institute International as a global mediation consultant and has taught at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.

A graduate of Illinois Wesleyan University, he holds the Master of Divinity degree with honors from Drew University, Madison, New Jersey and has completed graduate work at Oxford University, Oxford, England, the University of Tuebingen, Tuebingen, Germany, and the Drew University Graduate School.

Ken is also a musician who is able to compose customized music for his clients' corporate gatherings and special events. In many of his programs, he incorporates music to punctuate the points he makes.

In 1990 he founded the Ken Wallace Company (www.KenWallaceCompany.com), a management consulting firm, and, in 1992, he founded “The Business Pastor,” (www.BusinessPastor.com) a mentoring firm that provides practical spiritual direction for business and non-profit enterprises, especially their leaders.
