I began my quest for answers over 30 years ago, actually the first book I ever read about self-empowerment was ‘Think and Grow Rich’ while I was still in the military. I was certified through The Life Coach Institute with Dr Shad Helmstetter PhD. I am schooled in holistic healing arts, Reiki, Reflexology, Massage and Meditation. Hence a holistic Mind.Body, and Spirit approach.
