Lashonda has over 8 years of exercise/ fitness experience; with a deep passion for helping a variety of individuals re-discover their ability to live physically, mentally, and spiritually healthier lives. She loves engaging her clients in calorie burning, muscle toning workouts by giving them the personalized attention they deserve. Lashonda is always up for a training challenge that will allow her to utilize her creativity and whatever tools are at her disposal.
Lashonda has experience working with people of all ages and fitness levels, specializing in muscle toning, shaping, weight loss, post rehab/corrective exercise, and functional style training. She has found that her God given purpose & fulfillment lies in helping others discover the greatness stored up inside of them to achieve the unachievable and accomplish the un-accomplishable.
Lashonda studied Exercise and Sports Science; with a concentration in Sports Medicine, at the University of NC at Greensboro. In addition, she earned a Master of Physical Therapy degree from Western Carolina University. She currently holds professional certifications/ licensures with AHA CPR& AED, NSCA-CPT, and is a NC licensed Physical Therapist. She has over 4 years of clinical experience rehabilitating individuals with neurological and orthopedic disorders back to a higher quality of life.
Lashonda is continuing her professional growth as a physical therapist, while also pouring her heart and soul into the growth and development of CE-Fit, in order that lives are changed. Click here to read more about her training philosophy.
