Women are traditionally the caregivers and far too often at the expense of their own wellbeing. You know that without good health, nothing else matters.
I work specifically with woman and babies. What started as an interest in wellness has turned into a vocation of helping women take charge of their health through massage and nutritional consulting.
After receiving my massage degree from The Swedish Institute in New York I took several certification programs in prenatal massage. I wanted to learn as much as I could about women and their changing bodies. This winding road led me to study infant massage and finally to study nutrition at Hawthorn University in Califo ia.
Food nourishes the body and soul. Massage eases pain and reduces stress. Together they promote optimum wellness.
Babies should be given the best start in life. What I call "Love on the inside, Love on the outside". Learn to give them love on the inside with nutritious food that promotes mental development and physical growth. Love on the outside is about positive touch (massage). They are our future and deserve the best. And so do you.
Let me guide you to wellness through massage and nutrition.

Pregnancy and Push-Ups
The weather is getting warmer and the days are getting longer. It feels great to be out of doors. We tend to exercise more during the summer months and also to enjoy it more. You have to admit that it's more fun to swim at the beach than to work out at the gym. Just because you're expecting doesn't mean you need to sit on the sidelines. Exercise during pregnancy is good for you and can have some very positive benefits. If you're not use to exercising you need to start slowly. Maybe 5 minutes of walking daily.

Infant Massage ~ The Nurturing Touch
Infant massage is about touch. It is about touching our babies in a systematic way with a specific result in mind. Although it may seem like a relatively new phenomenon, it has long been practiced in many cultures throughout the world. In Nigeria babies are massaged from birth until they are about 12 months old. In many parts of India grandmothers will massage babies for the first 10 to 12 months and then the mothers will continue with the massage.
