Laura Rolands is an Attention and Productivity Coach. She helps people pay attention and become more productive. With so much overwhelming us, Laura helps her clients focus in today's hectic world. Her clients include individuals with attention related challenges such as ADD or ADHD, and/or their parents. In addition to her coaching work, Laura consults with small business on ways to improve their human resources management practices.
Prior to establishing her business in 2009, Laura spent over fifteen years as a Human Resources professional and executive in the automotive industry where she was recognized as a top performer and a leader. Much of her time was spent coaching employees and managers and implementing effective Human Resources solutions. Others have said that Laura is never satisfied until her clients are happy.
