As President and Co-Founder of Three Giant Leaps Laurel has dedicated her life to helping people find their home in the world of work and has over 30 years of leadership and human development expertise.
She has received a Master’s in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, a coaching certificate from the Hudson Institute and a Yoga teaching certification from the Omega Institute in preparation for her work with teens and adults. Together with the coaches she has trained, she has refined and validated The Three Giant Leaps Method through a global client base that has included CEOs, artists, entrepreneurs, teachers, fortune 100 companies, not-for-profit institutions, high schools and a prison. Her corporate clients include amongst others: ABC Radio Networks, Yahoo!, MTV Networks, Rodale Press and Leo Burnett.
In addition to her formal education, she has immersed herself in the lengthy process of practicing and learning from the ancient Native American Vision Quest tradition. Vision Quest is a ceremony that has been used by Native Americans for thousands of years to help identify each tribe member’s purpose.
