Laurel believes if life is not a luscious, fulfilling and successful experience, then something needs to change. Too often people are held hostage by the belief that they really can't have what they want and that life is more work than play. The life they imagine seems somewhat out of reach.
It is indeed possible to create the outcomes you desire, both personally and professionally. True life balance exists when you begin to love the chaos and see it as a powerful ally. Life balance happens when you begin to focus on What Matters. Laurel's sincerest desire is to see you find success at living a fully awakened life. She believes that's what you want too.
Clients appreciate Laurel's ability to cut through the smoke screens and get to the heart of the matter. Drawing not only on her experience and training, Laurel also relies on her intuition and sense of humour to help clients make the seemingly impossible happen.
It is the powerful partnership that she is able to create with her clients that allow them to test the edge of their boundaries, identify and eliminate obstacles and design their own solutions.
Laurel has a solid reputation for excellence and is respected and trusted by individuals and organizations with whom she works.
A certified professional coach, Laurel brings to her clients twenty-five years experience as an educator, consultant and group facilitator. An accomplished public speaker and writer, Laurel is also the co-author of Create a Ripple: Making a World of Difference and author of Spontaneous Combustion setting your life on fire.
Laurel has a Master of Education degree and is a Certified Professional Coactive Coach, who completed her training through the Coaches Training Institute. She is a credentialed member of the International Coach Federation and is one of only 800 coaches worldwide who have completed advanced training in Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching. Currently Laurel is the Past President of the Edmonton Association of Professional Coaches.
