Recognized both as an expert in creative thinking and a motivational, entertaining speaker, Leonard has presented at the International Association of Facilitators conference and been the keynote speaker for conferences of professional groups ranging from social workers to technical writers. He has been a frequent workshop leader for professional career developers to help them find fresh ways to reach every kind of client, no matter where they are in their careers.

Using creative problem solving tools for group challenges, he has helped groups with strategic planning and conflict resoltion as well as improving teamwork.
